ClubOne Experiences Junior Olympics Success!
Hello All- I wanted to update you all on how our club teams finished up at JO's. It was a fabulous trip, the competition was excellent and our teams represented our club well.
I am extremely proud of all our coaches and players for all their hard work and commitment to ClubOne!! In only our 4th year in existence we were one of the very few Colorado teams that finished at or above 13th place!!
Our 16's had a very good tournament they finished their tournament with a 6-3 match record and ended up tied for 13th in the Silver Bracket!
The 15's also had a good tournament ending with a 5-5 match record and finishing tied for 11th in the Silver Bracket!
The 14's had a awesome tournament in which they ended with a 9-2 record and were the 2009 National runner-up!! It was a very proud moment for all in attendance to see this team walk out for the National Championship match. What an accomplishment for these young ladies. Most players can only dream about playing on court 1, and here this team did it!!
This is not only a huge accomplishment for these teams but the recognition this brings to our club cannot even be measured! We are well known not only locally but now Nationally and we should all be proud!!
